The Provider offers an electronic invoice issuing service in accordance with current Spanish regulations, including the generation, sending, and storage of electronic invoices.
The service includes document series management, various payment methods, and generation of legally established formats.
4. User Obligations
The User agrees to:
- Use the services appropriately and lawfully
- Protect their login credentials and not share them with third parties
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information
5. Limitation of Liability
The Provider shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of the services by the User.
Our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the services in the last twelve months.

All intellectual property rights over the services and content offered are the property of the Provider or third parties who have authorized their use.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the Courts of Madrid shall have jurisdiction.
